Cheese & Crackers – A Purple Door Company – proudly presents The Art of Charcuterie!

Enjoy an evening with Chef Shel in the relaxed atmosphere of The Underground as she chats about one of her favorite topics – CHEESE! – and teaches you how to design your very own piece of edible art!

We will provide non-alcoholic beverages, a glass of wine and all that you will need to design your charcuterie for each guest.  You will learn some of Chef Shel’s tips, tricks & maybe even a few secrets!

The Underground’s Cafè & Bar will be available for additional drink purchases.
